  • Report any discriminatory behaviour or practices observed in the workplace.


6. Implementation

6.1 Training and Awareness

  • Regular EDI training will be provided to all employees.

  • New employees will receive EDI training as part of their induction process.

6.2 Monitoring and Review

  • The effectiveness of this policy will be monitored and reviewed annually.

  • Feedback from employees and clients will be sought and considered during reviews.

6.3 Reporting and Addressing Issues

  • Procedures are in place for employees to report discrimination, harassment, or bullying.

  • All reports will be taken seriously and investigated promptly and confidentially.


7. Breaches of the Policy

Breaches of this policy will be regarded as misconduct and could lead to disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal.
